1. Orders

Accepted on confirmation. Made-to-order pieces begin production after payment and size confirmation.

2. Prices

In euros, including VAT where applicable. Shipping calculated at checkout.

3. Lead times

In-stock 2 working days; made to order 2-3 weeks; resets 3-5 weeks. Delays are communicated when known.

4. Returns

30 days, unworn. Made-to-order and engraved pieces are final sale.

5. Repairs

Free for two years, then at cost. Not covered: damage from chlorine, perfume or impact.

6. Liability

Limited to the order value, except where law requires otherwise.

7. Governing law

England and Wales, without affecting your statutory rights.
